We act as an off-market intermediary — originating opportunities, introducing them to the right buyers, and managing the transaction structure from introduction through to exchange. Our role is to ensure both parties have what they need to transact with confidence, without the friction and exposure of an open-market process.

Our primary coverage spans the South East coastal corridor, with a secondary focus on Greater London.

We do not send opportunities to a broadcast list. Every introduction is made because we believe the deal and the buyer are the right fit for one another.
